Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

  • All valid returns will be refunded via store credit. 
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Should you choose to return, Mia Sapphire does not provide pre-paid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date. No returns accepted after 7 day period.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. 
     
  • All items with prices ending in $ .00, .96, .97, and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit. 

  • All items on clearance, sale, promotion, mystery boxes, or with the use of a discount code are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
  • All Custom Jewelry is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit. 
  • Shipping times for all custom jewelry is usually 10-25 business days after order processing time. This does not weekends or holidays.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received in our returns department.

  • Mia Sapphire is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

 

Please follow the instructions below to return in accordance with our full Return Policy.

Return by mail - Include return form with your name, address, e-mail, phone and order number to return by mail using the carrier of your choice. For a copy of our return form, please email us to info@miasapphire.com. You may print this return form and include this with the item(s) you would like to return. Your return form must be accurately filled out and include your order number to ensure immediate processing.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit for use on a future purchase.

Helpful Hint: Mia Sapphire is not responsible for returns until they reach our Returns Department. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Mia Sapphire will not issue store credit for your returns.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Please be sure to return your items in accordance with the policy outlined below:

  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, sleepwear, lingerie and undergarments are non-returnable.

  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit.

  • A 50% restocking fee may be applied to Final Sale or stale items returned.

  • Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered.

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please email info@miasapphire.com for assistance before returning.

  • All returns must include a return request form or packing slip. If you do not have a return request form, email us to info@miasapphire.com and we will send you one.

  • Return packages must include a return request form OR packing slip. If these are not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

  • When sending back items from multiple orders, please fill out a return form or packing slip for each order returned.

  • Return drop-offs are not accepted. All returns must be mailed back to address provided.

  • Mia Sapphire is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All items during Black Friday Sale & Cyber Monday Sale are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

How Long Is The Return Process?

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our Returns Department. Depending on the shipping method and carrier that was selected to return, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please hold on to your return tracking number for your records.

Once your return has been processed, you will be issued store credit. 

During holidays and times of high volume, returns are subject to delays. If you are still waiting to receive store credit for your return, please send an email to info@miasapphire.com with your Order Number and the name of the item(s) returned along with one of the following:

  • Proof of postage/return postage receipt
  • A return tracking number

Can I Exchange An Item?

Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.
